Mission Statement

The Australian Film Future Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to preserving and protecting Australia's rich cinematic heritage. Working in partnership with the National Film and Sound Archive and Screen Australia, our mission is to enable Australian film producers and rights holders to rescue, restore and fully digitise their feature films. We believe too much of Australia's motion picture history has already been lost due to decaying film stock and the passing of time.

Established in partnership with the Ozflix streaming platform, AFFF is working to make all existing Australian feature films fully accessible to the public, and to bring more than a century of ingenuity in storytelling back into our collective cultural narrative.
